In one statement, I can say that the AHR program is life-changing! I started experiencing symptoms over 20 years ago--joint pain, fatigue, brain fog, stomach bloating, and a multitude of other symptoms that would come and go. I have been suffering from fatigue and depression for most of my adult life. I did the 4-month autoimmune reset and I am so glad that I did! My hair and skin became healthier and my anxiety diminished. I lost some weight and started to sleep better. While I still have a ways to go in getting my digestive system fully healed, I have been able to make great strides following the protocols of this program.
