We contacted them twice afterward to request they come back out, and were told, in essence, that we just needed to deal with it. To make matters worse, we were incorrectly charged twice and had to go through the hassle of addressing the billing error. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality service, and accountability. Instead, we received none of the above. They have a way of treating and neutralizing pet stains and odor. The person who took our appointment over the phone, was a little short with me as we discussed costs.
