I had 2 bad customer service experience with this Aire Serve franchise this year. For 2 regular…read moreservice checks, a part was needed (in the $35-$60 range each time). Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.

This company came to my house and filled my unit, before ever testing it for leaks and charged me…read more$450.00, with the promise they would come out the following day to do a leak test, which they did, the appt was 1pm and they showed up only after i called them at 2pm, they arrived about 4pm, the fella Saab worked out there for about an hour, i have no clue what he was doing but he came in and told me he found the leak it was the intake valve for the freon, he said he would need tto order the part. today they called me and told me it would be an additional $1900+ dollars to make the repair stating the part was $600+. i just looked up the service valve it cost $94.00. thats one heck of a mark up. I do not recommnd this company
