I will never EVER hesitate to conduct additional business with him. I recently had open heart surgery (5 bypasses) and it delayed me getting this work performed for my wife's car. She only had one key and a remote that no longer functioned even with a new battery so i was concerned to at least get a new fob / key cut and programmed for her. I just casually mentioned my heart surgery situation to Chuck and without hesitation he offered to come to me to cut and program two new key fobs. The job ended up being a complicated one. I ordered two new fobs myself. The chip in both new fobs would not program so Chuck said he could just program the new fob remotes and sell me two new chipped keys to attach to the fobs, for just a couple bucks more, Chuck spent a great deal of additional time making this all work.
