Jimmy was our second quote and we thought it was very reasonable. Once we decided on the colors, we scheduled the work. Our request for the brick trim was different from the house color and a challenge for sure. The crew did an excellent job and worked hard in the Texas heat. We will use Wences Painting again to paint the eaves, garage door and downspouts in the near future. The current paint is okay, but we want a better contrast from the main body of the house. Jimmy gave us an acceptable quote already. They power wash the surface, caulk any areas that need it, prime it and then put two coats on. Tieler asked to look at the engineering drawings and noticed that I didn't take into account the auto filler! This made my chalk layout off by six inches! Thank Goodness he was experienced enough to read the drawings correctly to ensure the outlets are exactly where they need to go. I couldn't be happier!
