The staff, from the owner to the receptionist, treat you like family when on the phone or in the office. There really is this thing called "Southern Hospitality" and they exude it from the moment you meet any of their staff. They go the extra mile when helping you find the accommodations you would like. Plus, their commitment to you doesn't end when you leave their office. They are quick to help with anything you would need during your stay. Their knowledge of Destin and the surrounding areas cannot be beat. They can recommend anything from shopping, to eating, to entertainment to help your stay be the most enjoyable vacation your family can have. I have sent many family and friends to Willa when I hear they are wanting to vacation around the Destin Florida area. None have come back to me complaining, in fact it has been just the opposite. They have all thanked me and I know some have become repeat customers with Willa. I just spent my second year in a row at the Sea Cabins in Miramar Beach FL, my family and I just absolutely love it there. THANK YOU Ms. Willa for being such a joy to work with and for allowing me and my family to have an amazing vacation. I rented one unit my first year and just fell in love with the place as well as Ms. Willa who has been wonderful. Saturday August 20th was my last day at the Sea Cabins, year two another success! Friday night from my phone I emailed Willa Merriott that we wanted to book the same two rooms again in 2017 and I gave here the dates, in usual Ms. Willa fashion she responded, rooms books for next year. My family and I have nothing but good things to say about Willa Merriott Realty and Ms. Willa herself, if you have never stayed at the Sea Cabins it is a must. Ms. Willa you have made two years in a row my family vacation such a wonderful experience. My mother in law came this year for the first time, she also loved it and plans to come back with us next year again, now that is what I call awesome! We have visited the Emerald Coast nearly every year for 20 years now. We decided to book a unit through VRBO.com and rented a unit for a week through this agency. It was a nightmare. Once we checked in they did not respond to a phone call for 3 days. In addiditon to this; when we went to check out thier cleaning team showed up an hour and a half before check out and wanted to clean the room. We told them they would have to wait; so they left two huge containers of supplies in the unit and left. They returned about 20 minutes before check-out and let themselves into the unit and began to strip beds, etc. I had taken bags down to the car and returned to find my family had retreated to the Master Bedroom and had closed and locked the door becuase the cleaning company refused to leave. My six year old son was scared and I had to INSIST that the cleaning staff leave untill we had vacated. They yelled at us and called us "unconsiderate **sholes" for not accomodating them. I learned my lesson. I'll only rent through well established property management companies with professional management staff. read more

We stayed 10 days in Sealoft #102 in Destin and had a wonderful time! The place was exceptionally clean and even the glass table on the screen porch was spotless. It had 3 TVs and 3 DVD players (one in each bedroom and the one in the living room). We were very happy that the living room also had a DVR. My husband could record his favorite college football game and I could record old movies on TCM while we enjoyed the beach and we could watch them later that evening. It's right on the beach...it doesn't have a pool but when we travel to the beach we want to sit on the beach, not by a pool. Also, the sunsets were beautiful! We hope to stay there again read more

I've been coming to Destin for 35 years and doing business with Willa and Angie for 30 of those years. For me they are the best in town have always taken extremely good care of me and those that accompany me to Destin be that our family vacation or just me and some friend's. I've NEVER had any issues with willa at all. That's why I keep going to them have even introduced new people that I've brought down for the first time and they not only love Destin but really love Willa and her staff. I have stayed at Sea Loft before and it is the best location you could ask for and enjoy the beach. I called Willa the day of arrival and she made arrangements for us to have a condo and again was not disappointed in the service and the condo. Always friendly and helpful. The Sea Loft is located close to shopping and restaurants yet, still in a quiet area with covered parking, grills and did I mention the beauty gulf and white sand. Not a better place to stay! Dirty!!! Gross!! Broken pull out couch. Do not stay here!! Very rude. Room was not clean. Bugs in room. Smelled. Beach was pretty. Owner Willow very rude. Bathroom was not clean.
