Lisa responded tirelessly to my emails and specifications, and I had a new chair within the week. The idea of buying without trying had me worried I might spend a lot on a not-great fit. I chatted with Lisa about issues I've had with other chairs (too tall, too deep, etc.), and she sent me specs on a handful of models to choose from. The delivery person called from nearby. He took my signature in a face-to-face (masked) handoff. If you want to arrange a no-touch delivery, ask about this beforehand. (I would've grabbed my own pen if I'd thought of it.) My new chair is so great! I assembled it easily and my back perked up right away. I can continue working from home as long as needed, without straining my neck & back. Shopping remotely, I was afraid I might pay twice as much and not be this comfortable. In reality, I got a well-fitted, high quality chair with a lifetime warranty that didn't break the bank. I would go to these folks again in a heartbeat. If you need [home] office furniture, hit them up!

I placed an order of Jumbo Spider Feet with Walker Supply and thought nothing more of it. I've gotten super fast response and service from them in the past, so I "assumed"---you know what happens when you do that, right?--- that everything would go according to plan and it would ship out overnight. Well at the end of the day I checked-in just to make sure and I realized my delivery wasn't going to make the shipping cutoff. After speaking with Kyle and venting my frustration, I think he realized the horrific situation I was in with my customer if I didn't deliver next day. Kyle took it upon himself to take these to the local FEDEX and get this overnighted to my customer. Thank you Walker Supply and you will always be my go to place for wide format needs.

I have to write this review. I came to visit a flooring store in the building and saw a framing…read morestore. Knowing that I need frames for at least 5 paintings I stopped by to look at what is available. Right of the bat I was told they work by appointment only. I told the lady ok, can I just look at the wall of frames and see if anything interests me and I want to make an appointment. Because if I don't see anything I like then what is the point to make an appointment and drive back here from where I live. So I found a frame that I thought was interesting. I pulled out my phone to find a picture of the painting that I was thinking to match it with. The lady cam up to me and said no pictures please and asked me to leave and make an appointment. I was shocked as it is not like I need her help to determine if it would work for my painting. She had no clients in the store and while I am seating here in the parking lot writing this review for the past 15 min no one came in for the appointment either. How do you do business with people like that? Seems like she just didn't care. All I can say it is probably not her business because otherwise it just wouldn't make any sense. During all of my visits, I was able to find what I was looking for or something very similar to the items that I needed. In general, I think the prices are pretty similar or a bit lower compared to those in other places. Unfortunately, parking is a bit of a mess, primarily because two of the three entrances for vehicles are located right next to two VERY busy intersections. For one entrance/exit, it's virtually impossible to make a left turn leaving the shopping center, and you can make only right turns for another exit. However, I will not necessarily fault Strosniders for this because these horrible parking situations seem to be pretty standard in this area. It's as if developers throw a million and three stores in a shopping complex without any regard to the parking situation or traffic patterns. Also (as of Jan 2026), the store is dog-friendly.
