A colleague bought me a couple of prints for the office. Thinking that it would be a piece of cake to simply stick them into the frames, I went and bought a couple online trying to keep it a cheap job. When the frames and prints arrived, I realized that it was going to be a rough job involving precision cutting to make sure that the prints didn't wrinkle up in the frames. Ugh. I emailed asking if they would do just the labor? Kevin got back to me within an hour or so and affirmed that he would. This is great in that most businesses don't check their emails until the end of the day. Attached are the pictures "before" and after the finished framing.
