We're back at it because of a surgery with hospitalization. Staff came in like old friends to provide support and are courteous and friendly the whole time: nursing, PT and OT services. They're also extremely involved with local/area providers and know everything. When they suggest calling someone WILL get you an answer and assistance. The quality of care is a 10. It really helps when dealing with FT caregiving. read more

Do not use this service! They are untrained for the most part, to deal with the needs of a non-ambulatory person. They're all about bilking Medicare and care nothing about the patient's needs. WILLCARE should really call themselves WONTCARE. They accuse their customers of being violent and are thin skinned when being confronted with the truth about their incompetence in scheduling properly and following through with the contracted work. High turnover of therapists indicates mistreatment from within. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! read more

My dad used Willcare and kept impeccable records of the dates and times that Willcare was there, as well as all of the payments made to Willcare. He paid them off, and continues to get bills in the mail from them marked "past due". My dad has contacted them numerous times and they always tell him that they will fix the problem. Next month, nothing is done, and another bill sent marked "past due". I called them and asked them what kind of scam they were running. They assured me that they would take care of the problem. Just received another "past due" bill from them. Beware of this company. I think they are preying on the elderly. read more

In the meantime the nurse overseeing my mother attempted to have her institutionalized. No concern for the whole person. She decided she was able to make a more qualified decision rather than my mother's physician. Use Eddy nursing services at least they work with a more competent hospital. read more

If you are looking for a home healthcare agency look elsewhere. This company for homecare are the worst of the worst. They are insufficient from the office staff starting from the top to the lowest level of staff. In the past 10 months we have had 5 homecare givers who out of the 5, 4 have left because of issues with the company. The last one just sat for 2 1/2 hours doing nothing but gave my spouse a bath which she seemed to complete in 15 minutes. As far as the nursing department they are excellent. We have no issues with them. read more

I thought it was outstanding. I came home from the hospital after hip surgery and had four sessions with an extremely competent and caring physical therapist. Now I am off to out-patient therapy. I had some insurance issues and they were resolved by a very friendly and professional office person. Scheduling can be problematic but they have to drive all over and bottom line, I wasn't able to drive so it all worked out fine. read more

It is my partner that needed aftercare following a major surgical procedure. I was here every hour the nurses came for wound care. These nurses were excellent....believe me, if there was problem I would have called it in...each nurse said when they were coming and they called to say when they were arriving. They were very experienced in wound care and kept everything sterile. They were friendly, kind and professional. Mostly two nurses came, Shannon and Ivy. The patient was totally comfortable with them. I can't say enough for this agency and these nurses. Wonderful nurses covered on weekends. read more

A very low-end level of homecare provider services. The nurses and therapists here are extremely unprofessional and unreliable, always making bulls**t excuses for not showing up, and always trying to pin it on the client so as to not get into trouble with their supervisors. The ones that do show up frequently call patients at the very last minute - usually late in the evening before - to change appointment times, etc. They often arrive at all hours, regardless that there was a specific appointment time specified, and then they browbeat the patient for not being there! Is the patient expected to have a crystal ball that will tell them what time these irrational nurses are going to pop up on their doorstep? The care is another issue: Its perfunctory and uninspired, at best. Again, they are quick to scold the ailing patient for any minor oversight or error, yet they bungle their own duties and fudge their data without a second thought. All are touchy and argumentative, making an already stressful situation practically unbearable. Who needs this shoddy outfit when there is far better care out there? read more

The home health aide I was given was nice, until he had to cancel one day. The company called to tell me at the 11th hour It took All Day to find out no one was coming. The agencies WiillCare called wiouldnt even pick up the phone. I was left alone for 9.5 hours. If you re unfortunate to get this company, have a plan B read more
