A few weeks ago, my wife and I saw an online listing of an apartment that we wanted to rent, and within literally one minute of a phone call to Nancy, she put the process in motion to show us the unit. Her thoughtful and detailed review of our lease documentation resulted in great comfort for our family. We had a lot of questions and uncertainty with our new apartment, but she came through when we needed her! She knows the city of Philadelphia and the real estate market better than any realtor I have ever known. We are working on our listing our prior apartment, and we have absolutely no doubt that Nancy will do everything she can for an easy and seamless transaction. Visit her office between 17th and 18th and Pine sometime, or just "google" her name online. You'll see her featured with all the major "power players" in this city, and there is clearly a reason why. Real estate is not just Nancy's career.....it's her life..... and it's what she's great at. I recommend ANYONE who's interested in having just a conversation about the real estate market to please give her a call. You'll be very happy that you did.

She has never once responded to my multiple requests to speak, whether I contact her via phone, text, or email. It's extremely frustrating since I am eager to SELL or RENT my property to one of her qualified clients. I would avoid working with Nancy at all costs if you actually want to work with somebody who is even remotely responsive.

Aside from not…read moreresponding to emails or phone calls after taking on your loan, if he has a problem with something you say, he berates you via email. Couldn't even pick up the phone to respectfully discuss the matter. Reading the other reviews I see that there are issues with this office. If you're reading this, reach out to cardinal financial. They're really friendly and professional.

Thought I was using the proper channel to relay constructive feedback and a legitimate concern when I called their customer service number. At this point there has been so many issues regarding lack of communication, the culmination being showing up to closing to be informed five minutes prior it was "cancelled" from our realtor. My team at guaranteed rate didn't have the respect or professional courtesy to relay concerns regarding a potential hold up in a timely fashion and still to this day have never been Informed why it was cancelled five minutes prior to my arrival. Surely as professionals it's unfathomable to me that they didn't take my work day seriously and didn't think I was owed a heads or explanation. I was assured this mishap would be communicated to the branch manager and I'd receive a call in a few days to discuss further. Well thank god I didn't hold my breath.
