They did not tell the landlord. Now as tenants, we are stuck fighting with the landlord. We went back to them, got the run around, finally spoke to the head broker and were told "there is nothing we can do." They breached their responsibility to prepare routine paperwork in order to collect a commission. There are realtors all over Phila, stay away from this one.
