Ashley had the patience of a saint and when I asked for changes over the phone she easily switched things out. She came up with fabulous ideas! I would say large tile, marble look and she would come up with incredible selections for floor, cabinets and faucet I wouldn't have thought of. She would say what sink shape and I would tell her please help me pick. It was so much to consider... we always left happy but pooped. You are going to pay for a beautiful home, high end decor costs but I went in knowing this. You have to have a budget, investigate online what you like and what it will cost ballpark. Well this time I'm actually following through, because Capri was/is a godsend. She came into our lives at a time when we were pretty hopeless about selling our Philly house. The only reason we tried again is because of Capri-magic. She calmed us, coached us and called us through the whole process. Latifah sent me listings that were exactly what I was looking for, walked me through the steps of submitting documents and obtaining pre-approval. I was in a time crunch, with my first child due within four months of contacting Tifah and she helped me through the whole process in three months from intitqlly contact to closing!!!! Some of that may have been incorrect information that was given to them from the owners which they may not be at fault for posting. However, after we had to walk away from the home due to multiple problems that we found, super realty group reposted the house using the exact same posting even though it was proven there were fallacies in the posting. That tells me they are fine with operating on a shady level. I would steer clear.

This review is long overdue. I found Steve on Yelp in December just after the fed raised interest…read morerates. My wife and I wanted to buy a new home and fast. I contacted Steve and right away he put my mind at ease, which is not a small feat. He explained the different options, conventional, FHA, borrower PMI, Lender PMI, etc. and put no pressure on me what so ever. He also was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with regards to estimated closing costs and quick with advice on how to save money on things like title insurance and homeowners insurance. As luck would have it we fell in love with a home at the end of December and Steve and his team sprung into action. They moved so quick and had everything set up perfectly. He found us an amazing rate the next day and had an offer letter ready the next day as well. Long story short we closed on the house 25 days later, seriously, 25 days later and this is with the new year and MLK day in between. I had expected it to take double that time but Steve absolutely came through for us. And his estimated closing and cash to close numbers were spot on and less than the realtor estimated. Steve is an awesome lender. My only complaint is that he couldn't be our realtor as well because with someone like Steve on your side there is almost no need for one. If you are reading this then do not hesitate to contact Steve, especially if you are like me and have a million questions and feel the need to text and call randomly as thoughts come to you... sorry Steve.
