He made sure to cover every nook and cranny of interest and the virtual tours made us feel like we were actually there. PRIORITIZES YOUR BEST INTERESTS Dan was also highly proficient when it came time to make offers on homes, and had a strong sense of fair market valuations based on comps, and was able to figure out what a strong competitive offer would be based on seller agent intel, and what was just unreasonable. NO-FRILLS NEGOTIATOR When it came time to negotiate the terms of our agreement Dan always gave us multiple options to consider, laid out the pros and cons of each path, and shared his best recommendation. He always made us feel like we were in control even in tough situations.
