Yes i got full custody of my…read moreson but my girlfriend and i did most of the work all my attorney had to do was file some paperwork get the court orders and show up to court with other attorneys that we didn't ask for maybe this is how the law works this is the first time I've had to deal with it but it cost me $11,000 to get full custody of my son and my son's mother still got the better end of the deal with the Parenting Agreement. I wouldn't be so upset about it but there are two key things that I wanted in the Parenting Agreement and I trusted that my attorney has arranged that with her attorney I should have read all the paperwork that's my fault but the day that I came to sign the paperwork I told my attorney that I had made arrangements with the child support office for back child support and my attorney told me that was great that his mother needed to pay but the Parenting Agreement states that she did not have to pay back child support and that I am responsible of 100% of his health care that's not what i asked for.... Lesson learned i guess
