After all the ugliness of my uncles illness and feeling like I was thrown to the wolves at the hospital, to say that I was overwhelmed with the events that took place over the past few weeks would be an understatement. My thoughts were scattered and I was emotionally numb. I called Flynn funeral home at a most unorthodox hour and was stunned when Tommy Flynn answered the phone. Stunned. He was kind and patient and addressed my fumbling, babbling questions and requests and made me feel understood and most of all, like I was not sounding slightly insane. It turns out that Tommy has an excellent working relationship with the hospital where my uncle died and was able to expedite the process of having my uncle cremated remains and even the death certificates available in less than 72 hours. Tommy was more than professional and respectful, he was humble and so kind. So kind. I can't emphasize that enough. He didn't try to upsell me and he explained everything very well. I am so thankful for receiving the best service for my uncle and also for meeting Tommy. Goodness knows the number of broken hearts he must have seen over the years yet he was still so gentle. It meant the world to me.

Tommy Flynn help me correct my father's grave marker that was sent to us with a wrong birthday. My father was the United States, Marine sergeant. Tommy Flynn corrected the grave marker and sent it to heroes way VA cemetery in GOSHEN so that my father can be recognized in the proper place with all the other HEROS. My aunt and sister we're also taken good care of at Flynn Gannon Funeral Home in Monroe NY. This is a FUNERAL HOME that is always so compassionate , concerned whatever we as a family needed to make our saddest days somewhat alleviation of pain. Tommy FLYNN did that for us many times. It was the second month of the pandemic- April of 2020. I had previously made several calls to different funeral homes asking for my father to be picked up from the hospital and buried. No one was offering this service. It was all about cremation at this time, due to the pandemic. I found John Crawford who was a lifesaver during such a terrible time. He was able to bury my father who had died from covid, which was my fathers ultimate dying wish. John came through for me when no one else did, and he didn't ask me for a dime upfront. He told me not to worry about it, and he trusted me and in this day and age its so difficult for anyone to have trust. I was unable to attend the funeral, but he promised me he would say a prayer for my father and sent me pics of the casket as it was being lowered into the gravesite. I'll never forget John.
