Literally got into a head on collision before I had an appointment (my first one scheduled) suffered a minor concussion etc and this was my first "missed appointment".. explained to them my reason and then after that it was just an attitude, negativity towards my kids & myself and a issue to move forward with anything. This place never had business which makes it so bad.. I would understand a slammed booked office to behave in such a way, or if I didn't actually have a teenage child in a wheelchair or communicated with the front office about things outside of my control..its a freaking small dentist office with no business or business ethnics, compassion, consideration or awareness. Out of my near 30 plus years seeing a dentist and meeting others for my children's dental work I've never experienced such a nasty office staff or irrational "policies". Not family oriented, not handicap accessible or accepting, they are not compassionate or personable people. I look forward to this place shutting down or getting new staff that actually wants to help people or are healed happy human beings!

The office staff is great, the dental assistant I had was fantastic. And finally... my endodontist, Dr. Suren Paravyan.. is phenomenal. I was seriously scared out of my mind (even though I acted calm) to have these root canals (which happened in separate weeks). Oh my goodness, was I nervous. But both the assistant and Dr. Paravyan treated me like gold. They were so kind and thoughtful and careful... and attentive! Dr. Paravyan made sure I didn't feel any pain. He has excellent bedside manner and is also a funny guy. I seriously had a 'good' time getting my root canals if that is even possible, and I still had sky-high anxiety about it. Afterward, they printed out the digital xray photos of the before and after and sent them to my primary dentist. Everything was so efficient and so thorough. Very high quality work on my molars. And, he explained things and kept me informed the whole time. My praise does not do this office and Dr. Paravyan justice. To top off my great experience, Dr. Paravyan personally called me a few hours later after each of the procedures to check on me and see how I was doing. Who does that?! Instead they are bright, cheerful, talented and helpful. They are taking care of my issues that work with me and my plan. I go to my appointment without an ounce of dread! Jasmine at the front counter is great! She always remembers me by face too, which is nice, because I do not feel like a stranger. The dental-assisting staff all told me their names and were courteous and friendly to me. Dr. Morrow said "please" when he asked Casey to do something, and I appreciated that. Casey said "You're welcome" when I said "thank you." Dr. Morrow worked very hard to save my tooth, and he believes he was successful! The paperwork and other necessary record-keeping were all done efficiently and thoroughly. The equipment they used was up-to-date and impressive, and the entire procedure took less than an hour. I was looking for a periodontist, and they have one once a week, so I'll wait 2 months to see her. However, I had a cracked crown that needed to be replaced right away. Scheduling that was quick and easy, and I am giving 5 stars to Dr. Parmar and his assistant Kat. These two work very well together. Removing a crown is an arduous process, and they were extra accommodating re my neck issues which I truly appreciated. I am over 70, and I can say Dr Parmar gives the best, most painless needles I have ever experienced. They took such care, and were so personable, that I am very happy I chose this practice. I look forward to meeting with their periodontist and hope for the same level of care.

(Tiffany Lane SAnford, NC) does not take Tricare for Life. they don't take BCBS FEP dental coverage through Tricare for Life. They will not check to see if their dentists will accept BCBS FEP dental coverage through Tricare for Life. Didn't mind taking our BCBS when Microsoft's name was on the card. Didn't mind taking our money when a deductible needed to be met. We are disappointed to have to find a new dentist just because we had a birthday. Wondering why? Always had good dental care, that's why we were there so long. Maybe they don't like military people... who knows ??This is sad.
