From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. Not only was Hunter able to provide me with a significantly better rate than I was paying elsewhere, but he also increased my coverage and took the time to explain additional savings opportunities through bundling my auto insurance. The savings were so substantial that I ultimately decided to switch both my homeowners and auto policies. He also helped my two adult sons transition off of our auto policy and establish policies of their own. In addition, he took the time to explain the benefits of life insurance and helped each of them secure their first life insurance policy, allowing them to qualify for additional multi-policy discounts. What could have been a complicated process was made incredibly easy thanks to Hunter's guidance, and I truly appreciated the way he helped them take an important step toward financial independence and adulthood. What truly stood out was Hunter's professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping me make the best decision for my needs. He was knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Perhaps most impressive was his dedication to customer service. I arrived in the afternoon, and because we reviewed several options and completed multiple policy changes, Hunter stayed well past the end of his workday to make sure everything was handled properly. He could have easily asked me to come back another day, but instead he took the time to see everything through to completion. That level of commitment speaks volumes about his character, work ethic, and the pride he takes in serving his clients. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Hunter truly went above and beyond. I am extremely grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance agent who is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients.

    We've had the new-horrible IPTV for over a month. It's probably cheaper for them but it's not…read morebetter than cable for us. The new equipment shouldn't have been a surprise and I hate it. My spouse knows the internet will come back eventually (and it's still an issue so they get no leeway from me and we're paying almost $400 a month (it includes HBO ($17) and HDTV. TRY ANY OTHER SERVICE BEFORE THIS COMPANY. IT'S BAD in every way. Support, when not local, most of the time has no clue what they're even talking about. We have 3 tvs and 2 are within 20' or less of the modem/router on 2nd floor. 2nd floor tvs do the same thing - they drop the internet (and it may be throttling by astound, I don't know). One tv got moved from one room on the 1st floor into a fairly open are in a room right across from the room it was in for 7 years. They changed how the screen (tv) is viewed and it cuts off part of the screen with the FF, rewind, pause. It's annoying and interferes when I'm trying to read something. It does a weird auto rewind too many times and I'm pressing the right button. When I go back into the show, I often have to ff it to where I think I left off. rcn, do this ten times in 30 minutes and tell me how you feel. I'm ready to throw something at rcn/astound (not our tv). The signal on the internet drops too much on all tvs. I had a recorded show on and it kept coming up with three circles (so the internet usually drops when that happens and in ten minutes, I've had to disconnect the damn internet and reconnect it again 4 x). I changed rooms and tvs. rcn/astound/jackie don't respond to this - words are bogus as is the name. I went from being frustrated a lot to being frustrated and angry with the company every time I try to watch tv. I'm one person out of two and my vote for about 8 years has been to ditch the company. That's the only reason it's still here.
