The good I was one of the first group to talk to Kristy (She was great) and we got to pick a great lot. The value was there as we got in early so the prices were very good. Due to some personal reasons we had to sell and made a profit of $150,000. It's a nice house , but I would never build with them again. The bad This house was built during Covid and we got all kinds of excuses about delays of material to the lack of available workers. At one point the rafters were delivered and sat very close to the street for 2 weeks. I got s many excuses it was crazy and the supervision of workers was lacking. The ridiculous Two windows were broken with one being fixed and the other being replaced about 2 months after we moved in. The electrical in the kitchen in a few places didn't work when we moved in as well as in the master bathroom didn't work. In the bathroom a hole cut in the mirror was too small and it was dangling for about a month before being fixed. I was later told that they had to fire the previous Electrician company as no joke they were incompetent. The slider installed by the window company had a half inch gap at the top and bottom which we could see light coming through it ! So you can imagine how much wasted air. The slider took a year later to fix BTW. Most of the group that closed on the first houses built felt that we were rushed by William Ryan to close and that they should have completed all the houses in Village 12 before starting Village 13. They went through two construction foreman and the first one was a genuinely good guy but at times seemed overwhelmed. The second guy is another Polk County good old boy who dipped and when in my house he actually spit in the sink which I didn't say anything but thought are you kidding me ! When I had I had asked him a question about my year warrant he was rude and said about the review you have to what you have to do. He definitely needs some better people skills as I did nothing to warrant his curt attitude. It's a wonder this house at times passed inspection , but I guess they know them so they over look things that shouldn't be passed.
