They installed a granite countertop and damaged our bathroom wall and bathroom door frame. There was not any offer to repair the damage by the owner. However, the men who installed the countertop said that they would send someone out to repair the damage. The offer of $150 discount was made toward our next project. This does not fix the problem We would have to spend more money with them to get the discount. So is it really a discount? No it is not. I can not enjoy my new bathroom renovation because every time I look at my bathroom the first thing I see is the damaged wall and damaged door frame.
