This is by far the best and most competent attorney in Staunton and surrounding areas me. These two reviews above are absolute BS.

It was mid-day, but I hoped a simple task like this would be easily accomplished. My father was a friend of Frank Summers long ago, and I knew Dick McPherson and Vick Santos, both retired. How hard could it be? Hard. Only secretaries were about, not enough for our needs. We were assured that if they could do it, they'd call us that afternoon, either way. They took our numbers. 24 hours later, we're still waiting...... Hard to find people who do what they say these days.

He did not check with his bank in advance and therefore made the closing appointment on the very hour (2pm) that wire transfers were cutoff for the weekend. After not receiving our wire transfer hours after the closing, I phoned Mr. McPherson that evening and asked what had happened. He blamed the mistake on the bank. He refused to accept responsibility for his mistake. He refused to say he was sorry. And he had not even tried to call us to admit that although the buyers had our house, we did not have payment for it. So on Monday I called to speak to the head of the firm and the office manager, Sheila, told me that she is the one to speak to about all issues. I told her what happened and that I wanted the head of the firm to know about this and she said someone would call me back to apologize and of course no one did.
