I had a door dent on a crease that was no doubt obvious to see, but hard to get to. I was told up front that a simple dent pull may not make it 100%, but it DID! Well, that and some extra work. I received timely text updates throughout the two day service period. And when it was finished, Jimmy called to ask if I wanted to see it before putting things back together. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! Tre was so wonderful in taking me home when I dropped off the Explorer, and then offered to return when finished. I got a ride to pick it up.
