The door getting stuck was solved, but then the door wasn't closing properly afterward. Then he left a big chip on the top of the door (see picture) before he left! I addressed the 2 problems to him later, and he was initially nice enough to come back and attempt to fix the 2 problems he created. I was kind enough to agree on a new base price to finish what he started, and I said I'll cover materials on top of that. Bilal then charges me an unreasonable price for materials on top of the base price and refuses to show me receipts for extra materials purchased. For example, he was trying to charge me $35 dollars for a $2.70 door latch plate. When I confronted him about the charge, he simply said, "Have a good day," and disappeared. I have never experienced such a level of unprofessionalism before. He later even admitted he chipped the door. Then WHY didn't you address this the first time you caused this problem before leaving the premises? I hired him to fix some things he agreed to fix, and now I have 2 new problems. Money and time were wasted. Please be aware. Update after seeing his reply to this review: I too, have all our text messages/videos/communications. I think I was nice enough to agree to pay for all the problems he caused after doing the job. If you had the receipts, why do you refuse to show them or even a picture of the item?
