Great experience with this company. Jonatan is knowledgeable and is not afraid to say that they cannot do it if they don't have the proper hardware or supplies for the work. Mine being a door. I had to replace a back door of mine because "someone" made a hole to be able to get into their own house... But the first time they came with the replacement door we found out it was not the right size. Instead of trying to make do with what they bought, Jonatan actually admitted it was his fault for not measuring before and I really appreciate that. The project got delayed but he found out where we could get the appropriate door. He asked for me to buy it first, before they came back again but due to schedule issues and making sure I could get it done I asked him if he could just buy it for me and gave him cash in advance to get it. For some reason I was okay with him getting it. In the beginning he seemed very trustworthy and would follow through woryk what he says. I was correct. After a couple of weeks because of my schedule and his schedule we were able to get the project done. His team and himself took the time to do it properly and the project looks great! The only thing that I could say that would have made this better is if the sensor for the built in alarm did not get cut as they demoed the old door, but we don't even use our built in security system. I reached out via Yelp to havw some sheetrock repair done. My son accidentally drove his car into the garage wall. We had damage to out in the garage and inside the house. We were originally quoted around $650. Then said that they needed to open up the wall to make sure there wasnt any structural damage. That it would then be around $12-1400. That was supposed to be if there was structural damage. Once they opened everything up, said no structural damage. Great huh? So I thought that our price would be around the lower amount that was quoted to us. I had sent him pictures of both sides of the walls. So we ended up being charged $1248. They did an excellent job with the repairs. That isnt my issue. The issue is since there wasnt structural damage, then the amount should be lower. read more

Jonathan fixed the wood rot due to rain getting into my French door. I was really happy and relieved because replacing the door would have been far more costly. I showed him foundation issues that caused cracks in the ceiling and around doorways throughout the house that would need repair of drywall, sanding and painting. Jonathan advised me to wait a few months after foundation repair to fix these problems. When he returned a few months later, I made a list of other things to repair: window sill paint peeling off, window wood rot due to water, door not closing because the top of the door hit the frame. He took notes and photos and gave a detailed estimate with VERY REASONABLE RATES (I had estimates from 2 other companies to compare) with timeline of when the job would be finished. Jonathan and his crew did a FANTASTIC job! The results are AMAZING (see photos of before and after). I really liked the way the paint matched exactly.
