Had an issue with a door rubbing the frame every time I closed and reopened it. Jonathan came in, assessed the issue and fixed it, all in about 30 minutes. Very happy with the quality of work and price. In addition, he was very respectful in our house, taking off his shoes without anyone asking and not making a mess anywhere. Highly recommend! read more

Came on time and did an excellent job completing the job that was quoted and even touched up something else. We will use them again.

The service was prompt and courteous. They were on time, completed all the services requested and the price was fair.

Very helpful and quality work. Came in and repaired my cabinets same day for a fair price.

This is a great company to do business with. Good communication and answered all my questions and sent out someone to see the problem and give an estimate for the work to be done. The employees they sent were top notch. Quality work. Quick and efficient. They prepared for the mess of demolition and cleaned up afterwards. I felt the deal was fair for the job done. I recommend them highly. They also gave a detailed explanation of what was to be done. They stuck to the price of the work. No hidden charges. I will use them again. read more

We had a great experience with this contractor. They are professional, responsible, accurate in their work, reliable with scheduling, and very easy to communicate with. Everything was smooth: from the first meeting to discuss the project scope, to receiving a detailed contract, all the way through the work itself and the cleanup afterward. Their pricing was also competitive. read more

fraud. right away asked for more money and more time. paint already peeling off of house. never replaced the wood on the deck. washed their paint out on my drive Way and in the backyard had to put more rock down and replace sod. couldn't fix drain in tub never got any less of a total. Theare guys don't even have a good page. These reviews are fake. There's levels to this stuff and these you are just not on it read more

Great experience with this company. Jonatan is knowledgeable and is not afraid to say that they cannot do it if they don't have the proper hardware or supplies for the work. Mine being a door. I had to replace a back door of mine because "someone" made a hole to be able to get into their own house... But the first time they came with the replacement door we found out it was not the right size. Instead of trying to make do with what they bought, Jonatan actually admitted it was his fault for not measuring before and I really appreciate that. The project got delayed but he found out where we could get the appropriate door. He asked for me to buy it first, before they came back again but due to schedule issues and making sure I could get it done I asked him if he could just buy it for me and gave him cash in advance to get it. For some reason I was okay with him getting it. In the beginning he seemed very trustworthy and would follow through woryk what he says. I was correct. After a couple of weeks because of my schedule and his schedule we were able to get the project done. His team and himself took the time to do it properly and the project looks great! The only thing that I could say that would have made this better is if the sensor for the built in alarm did not get cut as they demoed the old door, but we don't even use our built in security system. It's expensive and the company itself was not great. Otherwise great team and would definitely use again. Thanks guys! Really appreciate it. read more

Used Jonathan more than once and he is great at communicating. Responsible and reliable. Reasonably priced as well.

Great painters with attention to detail and customer service. Reasonably priced. They painted 4 bedrooms, hallway, laundry room, and stairs. They sanded and stained my handrail and bannister. There were several cabinets and doors to paint. They removed the doorknobs and put on new knobs and hinges that I had purchased. Also, beautifully repaired some cracked drywall in a cove ceiling. All well done! read more

Jonathan was quick to respond and get the work done professionally at a good price! I'm a realtor, and when I need repairs done, I need them done efficiently, and he never disappoints! read more

Excellent work. The drywall patch was seamless and everyone was friendly and professional.

Searched for a handyman on yelp after two others fell through. Jonathan was very helpful, asked detail questions, gave us a detailed quote so we'd know what to expect and was available to work quickly. He did a fantastic job replacing the door trim that had rotted through on an exterior door. He was very profesional and on time. We are already compiling a list of more jobs that we'd like him to work on. Very happy with his high quality work, service and prices. read more

Jonathan was very prompt to reply and provided an estimate. He went above and beyond-his guys removed our ring doorbell but the paint provided did not match well, left an obvious contrast. Jonathan called after to see what the issue was, and came the very next day to get new paints to correct the patch (did not charge). It was above and beyond, and we were impressed with his business. Would recommend and use again! read more

Jonathan and his crew did a great job and did it in one morning. They were excellent about keeping me informed as to what time they would be at my home and showed up when they said they would. I feel so fortunate to have found Home Maintenance. What an incredible company. I just needed a curtain rehung that fell from the wall but Jonathan noticed dampness and that quickly led to discovering a slow leak from my third floor that was building up mold behind my wall. I couldn't be more grateful. Clear, concise, and incredible attention to detail. They fixed my roof and repaired all the beams impacted structurally. They did mold remediation. They matched the wall finish so well that it would be difficult to pinpoint what they did. Everything blends so seamlessly and I have peace of mind that my family is safe again. I will use this team again and again. I can't say enough good things. Thank you Jonathan. read more

A+ Experience with Houston General Home Maintenance. A bay window developed a leak over a weekend and they were able to come out early the following week to inspect. Turns out it had been an ongoing problem and there was some significant damage inside the wall. They took care of all of the problems, inside and out, communicating clearly throughout the process and showing up when they scheduled, start to finish. Priced very reasonably for the amount of work, as well. Will absolutely use them again, and recommend to anyone needing home maintenance. read more

I reached out via Yelp to havw some sheetrock repair done. My son accidentally drove his car into the garage wall. We had damage to out in the garage and inside the house. We were originally quoted around $650. Then said that they needed to open up the wall to make sure there wasnt any structural damage. That it would then be around $12-1400. That was supposed to be if there was structural damage. Once they opened everything up, said no structural damage. Great huh? So I thought that our price would be around the lower amount that was quoted to us. I had sent him pictures of both sides of the walls. So we ended up being charged $1248. They did an excellent job with the repairs. That isnt my issue. The issue is since there wasnt structural damage, then the amount should be lower. read more

Choosing someone to come to your home and do good quality work is a task in itself! Between looking at all reviews and getting quotes, it could get very overwhelming fast. On top of that, great communication is key, more often than not delayed responses or questions not being answered are often a sign whether the contractor is good or not before the job has even begun... Enter Jonathan! He checks all boxes for a great contractor, skilled worker, organized and clean, and has great communication with clients! Jonathan is a master at doing drywall, paint jobs (even at matching paint), touch ups around the house. Such a great job I tend to forget the areas where work was done. Best of all he cleans up all the areas where work was done and makes it look like he was never there!
