My mother was in an accident 6/16/2026 , she reached out to them, and they have slowed the process of her case for 2yrs and then 6/23/2026 at the very end they tried to give her less than what she should have due all their fees, their partnerships with other companies . At one point she didn't even have a person to speak to regarding her case and not once did they update her she has always had to follow up with them for everything; and now they want her to sign a settlement where she gets nothing. She can't work, she has been needing the money, and they have companies and fees that she personally could make arrangements with, but no they are thieves in a suit with the worst communication ever with their clients. At no point did they depose her, set the case for court, or anything. She would have been better off contacting the insurance company herself and settling. Don't let your family be railroaded by this company they are the devil themselves and they call themselves reputable. Don't trust them with your case or with your families.
