I was in an accident in late December with an unlicensed/uninsured driver that caused an accident that totaled my vehicle. Progressive was my insurer. My car had to be towed to a storage lot while the claim was being processed. But, after months of calling in attempt to gain insight into progress on my claim, my efforts were pushed aside and blatantly ignored. Claiming I was responsible for all storage fees of the totaled vehicle while they refused to resolve the claim because of many reasons that were incredibly unjust and unlawful. Terry & Kelly came to my rescue and within 24 hours progressive had started to asses my vehicle to verify it was a total loss and get me paid for the total loss. Additionally, Terry & Kelly fought for me further as this was not nearly enough.
