She didn't smile back or welcome me (That's ok, I figured I was there to relax and she probably had a stressful day). I waited for 15 mins past my scheduled appointment time but the RMT did a great job and made it worth the wait. Afterwards, I asked the receptionist to schedule my next session and she just didn't. I didn't get a booking confirmation or anything, she just seemed unfriendly and unhelpful and I found it very odd this person chose to work in the customer service industry.
