I was trying to find an actual jewelry store that purchases rings, not a pawn shop type of place that gets rid of the diamonds and melts the gold down for weight. Basically that's exactly who these guys turned out to be. The person who spoke to me was rude and supercilious right from the beginning, not very pleasant. He barely even had a chance to take a glance at my ring when he said "very generic". Didn't bother to get out a loupe and look at the diamonds, wasn't interested in really discussing anything. Huge turn off! I think I'd have a much better experience at a pawn shop than at this place. I wouldn't recommend that anyone go here for anything. Take your money to a different jewelry store that might appreciate your business.
