They both were nice, polite & respectful. They dealt with the clog, which had a good amount of yucky gunk, and got the sinks cleared. Afterward they wiped down the sinks, the cabinet under the sinks, and even the floor in front of the cabinet. A different company said they'd do it for $400 When the different company came out, they found that it was just a bad wire that runs exposed on the outside of the unit and needed recharged. $200 later I was good to go. Pascal's over charges and obviously just runs through a list of "What is usually is" and uses that as their diagnosis. They appear nice and knowledgeable but it's fake as hell.
