The next day we pulled on the lot as the minivan was pulling off with its new owner. I vowed that if I ever went looking for another vehicle and found one I liked I wouldn't let the opportunity pass me up. Jake (salesman) was absolutely phenomenal at showing us other options and while we didn't buy a minivan from Boswell Honda, I was highly impressed of their care and dedication to customer satisfaction. Fast forward to October 2024 and my family is in the market for another used car. Well, we looked at all the Dothan and Ozark dealerships and I finally saw a car at the Boswell GMC. I called, spoke with Cory (salesman) who confirmed it was still available. We showed up, Cory was ready for us to test drive and answer all the questions. He was very thorough with his answers and was part of the deal for this particular traded in car. I let my husband negotiate, we reached an agreement, and then the Finance person came in to seal the deal. To my surprise it was Jake! Jake explained the financing process and told us it might be delayed due to it being after hours. I was very direct with the maximum monthly payment I would pay. The next morning I got a call from Cory with great news: the payments were lower than my max limit. There were a few other hangups that Cory and Jake worked out. I came later that day to pick up my new-to-me car! I highly recommend Sam Boswell dealerships! If you can go see Cory and have the opportunity to finance with Jake, you won't regret it!
