They were upfront with me about what they were offering me, what they were discounting, and with financing. I bought my truck from Dakota the salesman. A lady named Tonya in service actually helped get me interested in a Ram. I had been a Ford guy my entire life, and was about to buy somewhere out of town. Dakota and the sales people were awesome. Then in financing Mrs. Sandy was one of the easiest to work with, and most up front and honest about interest rates and tried to help me get everything the way I wanted it set up. This used to be Massey. Now it's One Step CDJR Andalusia. We bought a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from them in Oct 2022. Well, after not even six months, the alternator went out. Now, almost all electronics have gone kaput. We checked on Car Fax {I know should have done that first} well, the car had been in FIVE wrecks with the worst being the front end was caved in {electronics?}, anyway they wanted over $180 just to look see at it, plus I have been told by reputable lawyers that they go down to Florida buy wrecked vehicles fix them enough to make them driveable then sell them asis, but don't say nothing to the buyers. I made the mistake of doing business with Massey Automotive and when it came time to cancel my 3 warranties and file for the refunds, I was given the run around while trying to get in touch with the General Sales Manager, Kevin Griggs. During multiple calls throughout the day their receptionist repeatedly told me that he was with other customers or had just left for lunch while offering to take a message and ensuring he would get them only to find out through another employee who answered my final call that the GM of Sales was in fact off work that day. Why would you blatantly lie when all she needed to say was "I'm sorry Mr Griggs is off today, let me see if I can find someone else to assist you". And I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get in touch with someone who wasn't even at work. I did get to speak with another sales manager who did recognize the receptionist's behavior as unprofessional and stated he would discuss things with the GM and get a resolution which he followed up with a second call. The following day though the email that I received from Mr Griggs was confusing as it stated my GAP warranty had an open claim and therefore he wouldn't be able to process it until resolved. There was an open claim on my SafeGuard tire and wheel warranty but that wouldn't affect my GAP warranty as my vehicle was never totaled but traded in at a different dealership. When Mr Griggs responded to my email and stated "the Gap And Warranties have been submitted for cancelation. The tire and wheel contract you will have to contact OSI directly since their is a active claim on it. 1 (800) 777-4674 Here's the problem, the information he provided was to Orthopedic Services Inc. I would give zero if i could. Unethical trying to charge doc fee on used cars. They offered to discount the amount but keep the doc fee on paper because it would be unfair to the 1000's of other customers that paid it! Folks wise up, they wont remove from sales contract because they want to continue this. The sales manager said he was powerless to effect the paperwork, but he can add or subtract money? Maybe he has his responsibility confused. Then said god bless like he had a conviction. Im sorry 1000's got taken for 4-5 hundred more, thats a big integrity issue i wont support read more

Marked a one star due to can't go any lower. Have had bad results from service department. Can't take a vehicle there to have any type of work done that they don t get greese inside or scratch the outside. My family and I have bought several new cars from this dealership and have complained and still no resolution. Today after all the business we have given this dealership we were treated very rude, unappreciative and unprofessional. This dealership has no morals and only cares when it benefits them. On our way home to north Alabama last week, we were almost to the interstate when our pickup truck's water pump failed. While waiting on roadside assistance, we called Massey Chrysler Dodge at 3:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. I spoke with Amber; after checking, she said they could work on the truck & we would be allowed to leave our travel trailer locked up overnight. The truck was repaired on Saturday. The staff assisted us in getting the trailer hooked up & had said they would assist us in getting from the hotel to the dealership, if needed. (The hotel staff enabled us to get to the dealership.) Everyone was very courteous & professional. We particularly appreciated their help in getting us back on the road as quickly as possible. read more
