This is when we met Dustin at Sekoya Construction. From our first interactions, he was very respectful and easy to talk to. He understood the issues we were facing and stayed within our budget. Not only that, but the crew he brought to the home was just as cordial and respectful as well. After a few weeks of quick work (including working around Thanksgiving), the team was able to put our kitchen back together before the Christmas holiday. It needed new flooring, painting, lighting and the kitchen and bathrooms were a complete gut job. I interviewed four contractors. Not only was Vartan the lowest bidder, unlike the others his bid also included materials. I saved thousands of dollars and the hassle of shopping for all the materials. He set up a very fair payment schedule that didn't require me to put up half before he started. I live in a planned community and had a very tight timeline for completion in addition to requirements from the HOA. Hearing so many horror stories about unscrupulous contractors I had concerns about everything being completed on time. Vartan is the most reliable contractor I've ever met. He delivered everything he promised and more. He was a pleasure to work with. His work crews were always on time and left the work space clean each day.
