Nothing special, no better or worse than CVS, or any other. Last month, however, I had some problems with them - bad service, no question about it. When I have to return to a pharmacy for the remainder of a script I'm not happy about it, but I don't complain (seems to happen more at Simcare, but whatever). When I need to return a third time we have a problem. Especially when I was without transportation at the time and told them the first time that it was a tremendous inconvenience. My medication, in its entirety, was supposedly waiting for me to pick up, at my leisure they said. When I got a ride there after work, I was told they'd give me the rest tomorrow, because someone had taken all but 30 of the 90 I require. That means they gave them my prescription, which I had arranged for the previous day, and was told I had to come back for. The owner made excuses when I got angry. Never said "don't return" or "this is the last time we serve you here". Sooo... I had my script sent there today (not even thinking there'd be an issue, or even remembering there was an issue when I told my doctor to send it to Simcare) like I have the past few months. When I tried to pick it up, I was given some excuse that they were out of my medication and, ahem "can't order it in". They said they told my doctor to "call it in to another pharmacy". I've called my doctor twice since, they are very busy, so here I sit with no medication. Which I need daily. And I waited longer this month because Simcare would not fill on the 28th(!) day last time - not 26, not 27. The 28th day (of 30 ). That is what started all the problems last month. I go to my doctor every 4 weeks to the day. Since I figured to get a hard time at 28 days, and I couldn't get there on the 29th or 30th day, I couldn't get to my doctor until well past 30 days, so I have no medication, and Simcare did this by not having the guts to tell me not to return, if they didn't want me as a customer. I have never particularly liked the staff (snooty, IMO) and the owner is apparently a coward. But I draw the line at just not caring. And incompetence.

In general they have annuals, perennials, shrubs, herbs, fertilizer, bird feeders, flags, etc. They also have an ADORABLE gift shop that sells Yankee Candles, bears, gourmet food items, cards, etc. I intenetionally don't go in there most of the time because it's hard not to spend money in there. The staff are friendly, the prices competitive and they stand behind everything they sell.
