Upon delivery, there was a rain storm. After disconnecting my fridge the men told me that I had to be rescheduled because my new fridge had to be taken apart and the rain would risk harming the components. When I called to schedule re-delivery, I was told it would be another week...and that day didn't work due to appointments, so it was looking even further out. Long story short, after discussing for a while, the manager, Michael, told me they could bring it first thing the next morning. The 2nd delivery worked well. The person who was in charge also gave me more information about why they couldn't bring it inside via a different door the day before. I really think that there should be more leeway in the schedule for when something like this happens. I am sorry I had to get so upset in order to get the 2nd delivery done in a more timely manner.

Poor after sales experience…read more Hawkins was recommended by my cabinet designer so that is where we went with our drawings to pick out appliances. Having no experience with down drafts, blowers and how they are installed,we ordered what was recommended to us. Come to find out after the blower was delivered that there are various options for blowers that would be compatible with the down draft for various installations, some with 10" ducts and external installations, and some with 8" ducts for internal installations. No questions about installation were ever asked by the salesman. I have 8" joists in the basement, making the installation of the considerably more expensive 10" external blower almost impossible. Not to mention the extensive cutting of the block wall in the basement that would be required. Tried to do a return of the 10" blower and was told this is not possible? What?!?!? The only solutions offered were that they could try and sell it on consignment and take a commission, or try and sell it myself on FB market place. So I had to purchase another blower to complete my kitchen renovation and am now stuck with trying to sell the 10" blower to try and recoup some of my money.

Staff was super friendly and a technician came out to me in a matter of days explaining everything that was wrong (it fried itself), what our next steps that will be taken, parts that'll be ordered, and of course payment. With snow imploding on our next visit I was kept updated on all the things and options to change my appt date. I love that they call 30 minutes before arriving. They offered a warranty that is the topping on a great experience. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for great service, amazing communication and quality work. I won't tolerate disrespect, so I hung up and called Miele service back for another company. These guys reek.

In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. I visited his business with my 83-year-old mother to purchase an apartment size refrigerator/freezer combo appliance. It was brand new and not a single dent in it. His delivery guys delivered it to my mother's house 2 days later and it was visibly damaged in 4 spots from admitted mishandling by his delivery personnel. My mother immediately told them to return it and she wasn't going to accept it. Because of the owner's belligerent attitude trying to rectify the problem, my mother just insisted on a complete refund of the purchase price at which point they wanted to charge her a $150.00 return fee. WTF! WHY SHOULD MY MOTHER OR ANYONE ELSE HAVE TO PAY A RETURN FEE FOR THEIR DELIVERY PERSONNEL'S CARELESSNESS? Do yourself a favor and don't patronize this business. Their practices are greedy and they don't give an eff about their customers, once your money is in their hands, only their bottom line. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! You should also know, this is actually a scratch & dent business and that should tell you also how much they actually care about you after the transaction has taken place. The home warranty company scheduled appointments that were not even possible for 123 Appliance Repair to uphold since they were waiting for the needed part to be delivered. The technician was quick to set up an appointment once the part arrived. I was able to maintain communication with the technician at all times. I would absolutely recommend this company to complete any other home repairs that I may need in the future. I have had two appointments that were set up through my home warranty company and your company was a no show for both of them. Your company has been impossible to get in touch with. i have called, left messages (when actually able to), other times the phone did a quick ring and disconnected, emailed, and had the warranty company reach out to you. When the warranty company can't get in touch with you there is a serious problem. After spending TWO HOURS on the phone with the warranty company and a total of 10 hours at my house waiting for your employee to show up as contracted I know that that issue has been with your services. My claim has already been approved, so after reading your responses on other posts please do not say that my claim was not approved. I find your business to be border line fraudulent at this point. Your repairman came to collect the service fee and was never to be heard from again. My claim was opened on 7/12 and with it now being 8/14 with two appointments that your company DID NOT show up for without even attempting to reach out to me is disgraceful. You were contracted to complete an approved job and the lack of professionalism from your company is disappointing to say the least.
