The following day I paid 788.00 to have my car brought to my home from the Williams towing impound lot. Overnight (or sometime between) they smashed the rear edge of the passenger front door of the car in. The damage was not there previously in any way shape nor form. I called Williams Towing the following day after the car was here at my home again. They said that there was nothing that they can do and it was caused by the accident. Do not use this company. I gave the car key to the ambulance driver upon request while in the ambulance. My copy of the invoice stated no key and that the car is driveable. This is a lie as the entire rearend of the car including brake lights are smashed in and missing.

I didn't have any money to fix it right away for a few days and they let me keep it there FREE OF CHARGE for a few days. The mechanic ended up having to go on leave for medical reasons so I didn't get it fixed there. But if I ever need repair I would probably give them my business. The driver pulled my car about 3 feet up onto the road. For that, they charged me a different amount than what was stated and damaged my bumper. When I called, they denied doing any damage and said the price difference was for taxes and mileage, and said their "normal" charge would have been $100 more. So I would steer clear of this place if at all possible. Now I'm stuck with a wrecked bumper or else paying to fix it myself.
