Evan's Tree Service falsely states on their business card that they are licensed and insured - they are not, which could be a homeowner's nightmare. This also means there are no ramifications for them, and they are not held accountable for their work practices. Taking advantage of older disabled homeowners is totally unacceptable in my opinion and should be recognized as exploitation.
