The wait was very long, but understandable as they had many emergencies come in through the day that were much more serious than ours, and needed immediate care . The staff was very apologetic for the wait and voiced appreciation for our patience. They made the wait as comfortable as possible by keeping the waiting area clean, and allowing you to wait outside or in your car. When our dog was seen, the staff was very attentive and loved on our pooch as if he was their own. The veterinarian was kind and thorough. Before any diagnostics were completed, the plan, recommendations and options to keep the cost as low as possible were discussed. After care planning was very complete and teaching was provided. While I hope we do not need to have emergency vet care over the weekend again, I am happy to know that there is a great place to take our pets to if we do.

The decision to drive 8 hours or drive 1.5 hours to TC seemed a no brainer. They really did not give a complete diagnosis. Their 1st suggestion was surgery. I am a healthcare professional. So, I know surgery is NEVER THE 1ST OPTION. $800+ later he got better but not totally. 10 days later he got worse again. Husband drove the 8 hours, saw our vet. Our vet, who has 30 years experience, says, "Surgery is not the preferred or usual treatment for this autoimmune disease caused issue. They charged $98 for same assessment and meds. It is ridiculous that an emergency vet is able to charge 8X's the usual and customary fee. What a way to gouge people. Sad!!!!

That's not for the installation of the wire, training or anything else. Just the basic, simple dog collar. I really wish I would have been made aware when I purchased and had installed the system that their replacement collars were so stupidly expensive. That is half the cost of one of those more up-to-date, portable, changeable GPS fencing systems by Halo or Cesar Millan. In hindsight, I should've purchased one of those systems first instead of wasting my money on the Invisible Fence brands.

We have a one year old Boxer pup who is full of energy and crafty as heck. When she runs outside the Picket-fenced in yard she is pretty much impossible to catch until she tires out. We were suspect this would work for her but it has been absolutely great. From the first call to the expert, patient and wonderful consultation to the installation and training it has been unbelievable. AND - we needed an adjustment to the layout (totally my fault) and they took care of it quickly and with such a positive attitude. I said this to everyone I met at Invisible Fence - if the phone and internet companies could learn to provide service even half as good as them the world would be a much happier place! Try it - you won't be disappointed! Bonnie, Jim and Noodles

This time though, we wanted to train them. Our vet recommended Drop the Leash. I liked that Valeria came to our house, rather than taking the dogs out of their own safe environment. Within minutes of Valeria working with the pups, they were responding to her instructions. It just got better from there. We took the six week course and not only did my wife and I look forward to Valeria coming, so did the pups. The end results were more than we imagined. We continue to work with the pups, now that the official training is over. Drop the Leash gave us, and our pups, the tools to make our lives together better. When we decide we can't live without another dog, we will call Drop the Leash before we go to pick the dog up. I highly recommend calling Valeria for your new dogs or dogs that have happens you want to break. She will get the job done. Greg & Vickie Baker
