Williamsburg Christian academy is outstanding! My son transitioned here back in October of 2024/2025 school year. WCA and its entire staff is a hidden Gem in Williamsburg and we feel truly blessed and thankful that my son attends this school. Their teachers and staff go above and beyond to provide a caring, christ centered education that provides excellent communication, care and guidance. I tell everyone I meet about WCA and it has been a godsend for my son. I am so thankful he is not in the public school system here anymore. We love WCA! The classroom sizes are small allowing for more individual attention and the teachers and staff really seem to care about the welfare of the students. I do feel like the school is still growing and learning, so communication is sometimes lacking, but I do think they are working on it. I would definitely recommend this school. There are a lot of opportunities if you want to be involved with the school and the teachers are very supportive of parent involvement. read more

Good luck here parents. Teachers do not have any college degrees or any experience with children. This is a crooked business with a biblical name hiding the chaos. Ask the principal if they are meeting Virginia education requirements. Ask what the turn over is on employees. They are hiring weekly. Staff doesn't have background checks nor are they vetted. High schoolers are hired weekly to watch after your "pre schoolers" and every body moves up to the next grade whether they are ready or not as long as you make the payments. Set your children up for success go some where else! This is not a private school , it is a business. Ask questions when you enroll. They pull curtains and shades up in the beginning. Williamsburg Christian Academy is the pinnacle of private school education. The school motto of seen, valued and heard is felt and lived throughout the entire academy. The learning facilitators (teachers) engage, inspire and educate the children with purpose and kindness. We have not seen turnover like our previous school. Our children were welcomed warmly, quickly made friends and are thriving academically and socially. We love WCA because it has a modern education structure, utilizes technology appropriately, teaches Christian values, and offers the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program for upper school students. If you're not familiar with the IB program, it's worthwhile to learn about if your children are planning to attend college. It's a huge advantage! WCA really is the best private school in this area. We also love that the tuition is affordable because WCA is a responsible steward of the tuition dollars and collaborative and transparent with parents about how the tuition dollars are spent. WCA has multiple accreditations including Association of Christian Schools International, National Association of Independent Schools and International Baccalaureate Diploma programs.
