I was disappointed in the service I received. $550. For a pair of glasses that i can't wear. The front office is not clean. The girls are rude. Handed me my glasses but didn't offer to fit them. Went back later and the girl tried to fit me but acted afraid to touch my face, went home glasses were bent, went back saw doctor he tried to fix them , he said that if they didn't work he would get another pair because those were damaged from my prior visit. Went back again still did not fix them or order me replacement pair. So I have a pair of glasses that I can't wear. Will never go back and would not recommend. read more

After my second visit last year where I had purchased a new pair of glasses, I wasn't real impressed with the staff. Especially after the young woman handed me my new pair of glasses and said, here you go & then started chatting with another young woman. So I asked, aren't you going to fit them to my face? Oh! Yeah we do that. Regardless made appointment for this year, which was yesterday afternoon. So walk in and give my name~ 'we don't have you for an appointment'. Luckily I had put my appointment card in my purse before I left home so I get it out. I read what's on it aloud and looked at receptionist and asked, isn't today the 21st? Yea but we don't have you on the schedule. So I show her the card and said, this is what was given to me and again she said we don't have you down but we can work you in. Now I get mistakes happen but at NO time did she indicate any regret for the error, no apology for the confusion.......nothing. Her whole attitude was such that only thing missing was her twirling a strand of hair around her forefinger and blowing bubble gum. She was that dismissive of me and THEIR error. So after she offered to 'work me in', I replied, no thanks, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and walked out. Have no idea when the actual appointment was because she didn't offer to look me up on the computer to find that out. read more
