We first met John a few years ago when we needed a repair done to the stucco on the side of our Cape Coral home. We recently had a paver walkway built at the rear of our home which required some new stucco. We called John to do this new project and he didn't disappoint. He was able to get started right away and completed the job in just two short days. Once the job was done the entire area was completely cleaned to like new. He returned to our home the following day to make sure the result met our expectations. We are very happy with the way the new project turned out. John is super focused on making all of his work perfect. The cost of the project was very much in line with what we expected. We highly recommend John if you need any stucco work done. read more

Fantastic customer service, expert workmanship and fair pricing. Highly recommended. Stucco repair was among the work we needed done on our house due to the impact of Hurricane Ian. Despite being incredibly busy, John responded to our inquiry in a timely manner and gave us reasonable expectations regarding when he could get us an estimate. John is thorough and very knowledgeable and pointed out additional damage we had not noticed. The work he did was exceptional, matching the existing texture on the house completely. This is the second job John has done for us. He has been an absolute joy to work with in a time of hard to find, honest, repair companies. I called John to set up and appointment to have some drywall repair completed. He was straight forward in his estimate and completed the work for the estimated price. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. When one of the roofing workers unexpectedly fell and had his leg go through my roof and into a bedroom ceiling leaving a significant hole. Giza called in Zack and his team to do the repair. They arrived in a short period of time, reviewed the damage. Cleaned everything up covered the hole, and made a list of supplies. The full repair was made the following day right down to the crown molding being replaced. The ceiling looks perfect! You would never know damage had been done. During all the movement on the roof, a hanging lamp became loose. Levi put in a new box and completed that repair.
