We selected the couch based on recommendations from the salesperson on how sturdy and awesome this recliner is and that each item is made to order. It did not disappoint however one of the seams came undone. This is not the fault of couch potato however they sold the product and guaranteed the product so they assumed liability to fix the product. They collected my couch earlier this year to have it sent to an upholsterer and fixed. It is now nearly May and we have gotten the runaround week after week with a myriad of excuses every time you say something the first line of defense is because of covid. Then it was the upholsterers fault, people quitting in the warehouse, and various other excuses They have probably the worst communication skills between employees that I've experienced I could not imagine running a company with such poor communication in and among the staff They gave me the most uncomfortable replacement couch that they are replacing today with another replacement couch because it's been months and they can't give me a clear and or honest reason why it's taking so long as I said they have a myriad of excuses between covid and shipping and all sorts of ridiculous excuses at this point I could with no good conscience recommend anybody using this company for their furniture needs unless horrible customer service is your goal then they're spot on

I expected to pay for the new part but since we were only a year out of electrical warranty, she didn't charge me, which was gracefully appreciated.
