Last month, I contracted with Elite to replace a roof on a small commercial building. Thereafter the problems only got worse: The rotted roof decking was not replaced properly, requiring a partial tear-off of the new roof. Workers forgot to install a synthetic underlayment. Workers forgot to install all the drip-edge, requiring installation only after the shingles were installed, damaging many of the shingles. Observing all the problems with the roof, I checked the BBB website and soon discovered that Elite had lost its accreditation and Arkansas contractors license. Checking even further, I observed that Elite has been involved in dozens of lawsuits. You've been warned. Do not allow these people on your roof or on your land!

They used a dehumidifier first to see if it would get all the moisture out. It worked. But if it didn't, they would have to of done a more expensive treatment.
