Used precision door company 5 years ago for spring replacement on door. Should have lasted 10 years. Charged me around $800. Spring recently broke. Garage door doctor came the next day. Told me that the spring was the wrong size. He fixed it for$250. Obviously precision door is a company to avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off.

They were there 12 hours that day. There's no way they didn't see it. They had to come back and fix it the next day. They removed the gutter screens and left several of them thrown on the ground at the back of the house. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard, and on my driveway. After they finished our Direct TV wasn't working and we couldn't fix it from the trouble shooting menu. We thought maybe it just needed to be recalibrated. Direct TV sent a service rep.
