I immediately noticed that my daughter didn't have a technician assigned to her and was left waiting for a while until the manager noticed and quickly made sure she was taken care of. I was assisted by Tony, and my daughter had Mary. Both were polite and professional, although they were very quiet. Meanwhile, I noticed another technician nearby who was very engaging with his client, and it really added a personal touch to the experience. Mary was especially gentle with my daughter, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was good, but I did notice some inconsistencies in the customer experience. Some technicians went the extra mile by offering clients a color swatch to browse, making sure they were comfortable, and even providing water. My experience felt a bit different. I wasn't given my own color swatch to look through and had to share one. As soon as I selected my color, it was taken away immediately, which didn't feel very welcoming. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, and even the bathrooms are nicely maintained. One thing I wasn't expecting was being moved to the drying station immediately after my nails were painted. Unfortunately, the water around my chair hadn't been cleaned up, and I almost slipped on my way over. Thankfully, I caught myself, but it could have ended badly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, but it didn't leave me with the same feeling I had during the grand opening. I would definitely consider coming back again, especially during a less busy weekday when the staff may have more time to provide a more consistent experience.

She showed up early to her appointment and found her nail girl had just started on another customer. My wife waited over 45 minutes for her appointment. Once she was seen by her nail girl, she apologized to my wife for the wait and told her that management made her take the other customer even though she had an appointment in just a few minutes. My wife's nail girl does a good job on her nails but if this is the way N & D Nails treats their customers and employees, my wife is now looking for a new nail salon that actually honors appointments and treats their employees better.

I waited about 30 minutes before they started and then the assistant removed my polish scratching, tearing and breaking my nails. Then 45 minutes in I told them I only had 15 more minutes before I had to leave, then my pedicure began. I told them since it was taking so long to do just the pedicure itself. They said yes, OK. They did the pedicure and charged me full price for the deluxe and I didn't even get my nails painted. Then they proceeded to argue with me and said they did the full deluxe pedicure. Long story short I paid for the deluxe and got terrible service. I will not be back.
