She never offered me a drink, nor did she give me the controller to my chair; which is asked for twice but she never responded except to say one minute while pointing at her ear because she was on the phone. The whole 30-45 minutes I was in the chair getting my toes done I had to listen to the manager/owner snoring in the next room. Went for a pedi exactly one week ago today and got shellac polish in my toenails. The polish is already peeling off and the bottoms of my feet feel like sand paper. I will never go to this location again.
