She massaged and then stretched my hamstrings and then switched to the cupping massage which was able to get them to release and she was able to stretch them much further. I would have never tried this if I hadn't just stumbled upon it. I would say a cupping massage is one of those things that I thought looks cool and may or may not work, but it really worked for me and I'll be requesting it in the future.
