I hired them to unload a U-haul truck. 45 minutes late the contact person texted that her "ride cancelled" but she was trying for an alternate. Later (now 2 1/2 hours late) she texted that her 2nd ride had also cancelled. I called Daniel, the owner, and he said he was making some calls to find someone. Then I got a call from someone who said they were leaving Williston "right now". Almost immediately I got a call from Daniel advising that the person who just called wasn't coming either. He said if I didn't have someone show up by 9 am the next day I should call him (leaving me with nothing to sleep on as my bed was still in the truck). At 9 the next morning I finally texted and cancelled.
