I would recommend this glass company to anyone who needs replacement or repairs. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. They replaced both my front windshield and sunroof glass. The sunroof glass was a challenge as the track was missing a part but they worked things out for me and referred me to a quality body shop to take care of the problem. I had my windshield replaced by Alpine back in October and ever since then I have had to come back at least six times plus had to make multiple appointments at red rock for issues that they continuously did not fix or fixed poorly. I had to have them reseal my windshield twice as it leaked snow, melt all over my dash and fried my electronics, which I had to have fixed at red rock Ford. I have returned multiple times for them to also replace the side brackets around my windshield as they clearly do not know how to install them their final solution was to urethane the brackets to my car, which will be an extra inconvenience to whoever has to replace my windshield in the future and from the brackets falling off of my car, I now have wet urethane streaks all over my vehicle, which they never cleaned. They were always nice when dealing with these issues, but they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I will not be a returning customer. read more

The service & work were great. I got too my appointment on time and they took me right in. I even added a job removing my bed stickers and they had no problem, even giving me a great price. I'm coming back to have my tailights tinted and put some Fox coil overs on. read more

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Alpine refused to call me when my car was complete (as was agreed upon at drop-off) and I was expected to find my own means of transportation for the next 15 hours. They did not return my calls or voicemails for days, and when they did it was 15 minutes before closing and they did not answer my call back. They gossiped to my Facebook friends about my personal information. When I tried to discuss these issues with them they consistently lied. If you want to be disrespected and slandered around Williston I would recommend Alpine Auto Glass. read more
