Nobody came, so I reported it again in January and February. Nobody showed up until March 2022. The poor homeowner had to pay for floor replacement because the problem was left for SO long. We struggled to get return calls from C & C and when we did, we often received conflicting information. Monique does everything she can to take deposits from renters. We were charged $320 to clean a house that was cleaner than we moved in! She nickels and dimes the deposits until there is nothing left, while badmouthing the owners and saying they are the problem. We moved out of a property in July and as of October we have still received none of our deposit back. The only response we have gotten is, "I have 60 days to return money if you have any left". This is the most unprofessional and dishonest rental company I have ever dealt with. If you decide to use this company, be prepared for dishonesty and no professionalism. They demand their money up front and quickly, but do not return deposits. Watch your back!

If you want them to perform routine maintenance, respond quickly to emergency needs (sewer back-ups), or maintain regular communication with you as a property owner, you are out of luck. DO NOT HIRE THEM to manage your property. Your property will end up worse off than how it started and you will not be getting even a basic value for the money you pay them. Following a recent unnecessary flood at our property Cheryl and Co's staff blamed everyone from the tenant to the handyman and then me for their complete mismanagement of the situation. The lack of acknowledging where they had completely dropped the ball speaks to a basic lack of professionalism and integrity. As a long-distance landlord, the logistics of taking them to small claims court to recover the damages are not realistic. Save yourself the cost and the stress and find a different property manager. Over-priced for amenities that are not working. Lots of utilities breaking down and not serviced…read morefor use. Entry door glass shattered and boarded up. No heat in space for 2nd year in a row, 50 degrees when entering in the winter, no air conditioning past summer for historic heat wave (over 80 degrees in the space). Had to leave office and work else where due to the high heat in the unit and no windows to open in the entire office's spaces. No fresh air circulation. No concessions or deduction on rent for these issues. Workers onsite during work day on the spaces with noise and interruptions and issues. Poor internet, cell phones do not work in units and need to go outside to transmit with zoom, photos and texts as the building is in a dead zone. Very poor support for issues when a compaint is given. Very difficult to conduct a business and not condusive to perform at the level needed in this structure. Would not recommend this for a business space. No deductions if you decline the cleaning service, they hold your monies and will not let you downsize your space for a lesser space and amount. Research carefully what they offer and what they will not accomodate.
