She is one of the kindest and most patient people I have ever worked with. I consider myself fair and reasonable, but I also have high standards. I am very particular when it comes to staging because it represents a significant investment for my sellers, and the presentation has to achieve a specific result. Not once in all these years has Jen or her team shown frustration or impatience with my requests. In fact, they usually get it right on their own. The only thing I would wish to see change in this store is cutting out fur and adding matte jewelry. I saw fox fur... and there were more I didn't investigate with. While I love to look hot and feel great in what I wear, wearing a dead animal's skin will only bring me down. Cruelty is never fashionable. As for matte jewelry, I'm not one for bling. Yes, I know- I'm not normal in the Aspen world. But I love matte jewelry of gold, rose gold, and silver without any bling.
