I am going to get more bang for my buck at this place! The cashier was a huge help pointing me in the right direction, and I am a fan of those blue eyes! It's a thrift store, but there are two things that separate this store from the others in town…read more First, Becky (the manager) and her staff have knowledge in display, marketing, and merchandising, which means it looks more like a boutique than a thrift store (and it doesn't stink!). Secondly and most importantly, this thrift shop exists literally to bless others. Each month, the store chooses a different organization to which the entire month's profits go. I've used this place three times and every time I see my kids and have a great time and I pay them their $35 and I leave. After my last appointment, I wasn't able to access documents on their website because of non-payment even though I made the payment the day of my appointment. The problem was that they decided not to run the card for a week. Now I have recently set up many appointments on their calendar and was going in for the first one today and I have a 2-hour drive to get there. I even called them on the way to ask them some questions about any payment options in the future. When I arrived two hours later, they wouldn't open the garage door. I called and asked why and they said they canceled my appointment yesterday for non-payment even though I have never missed a payment and have not had my appointment yet. The woman told me that she called and left me a voicemail yesterday explaining that I needed to set up a payment plan, but the fact is that she is lying and I have no missed call and no voicemail. Again, I have never missed any payment of any sort. This is utter nonsense! My poor children want to see their loving father and this place which is supposed to be used for that purpose has failed these children. Because they are greedy. Because they are incompetent. Because they are ignorant. They should be ashamed and they should be put out of business.

Favoritism & sucking up is more of the protocol then doing your job the correct way. They are supposed to take care of their clients and advocate for them. They do the exact opposite of that. They care more about themselves and greed, then they do about their clients. When you hold them accountable, they attack you verbally and in written forums. They think they are untouchable.
