After a planning period of a decade and three years of monthly prayer meetings, Willow Glen Christian school will open its doors in fall 2023. Created with the mission to provide academically rigorous Christian education in Tompkins County, NY, the school will temporarily reside in the current location of Covenant Love Christian School which will be closing its doors at the end of the 2022-23 school year. The school is supported by congregations of various denominational affiliations throughout the Ithaca, NY area. Members of these churches make up the current Advisory board and the soon to be established Governance board. Willow Glen will provide a well-rounded classical education that equips students to think through each subject with a Christian worldview, and to apply what they learn in practical ways in their present and future educations, lives, and careers.
